Where your data is

Your game data is saved on your own device, and a copy is kept in your Rope Rush account on Google Firebase (a guest account, or the account you logged in with with Facebook, Google or email):

Coins, items, rewards, login streak and premium time
Level progress and stars
Your character, player name and Friend Code
Your friends list, friend requests and recent players
Settings such as music and sound
Your tournament results and gifts or prizes waiting for you

The account also holds your email address (only if you logged in), your login method, your Facebook user ID for this game (only if you used Facebook), invite records and a random device identifier used to stop reward abuse.

Delete your account and cloud data

In the game: open Settings, go to Account, and tap Delete my account, then confirm. This deletes your account, cloud save, public player card, Friend Code, Facebook friends link, friend requests, and friendships right away. Gifts waiting for you and your entry in the current tournament are removed too; if anything is left over, we remove it within 30 days. If the game asks you to log in again first, that is a safety check: log out, log in, and tap Delete again. If you play as a guest and do not see this button, send us your Friend Code as described below.
On this website, without the game: send a request through growstation.in with the subject "Rope Rush delete my data", and write the email you logged in with, or your Friend Code (Settings, Account). We will delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm when it is done. We may ask you a simple question to check that the account is yours.
If you logged in with Facebook: you can also remove Rope Rush in Facebook (Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, Rope Rush, Remove) and ask for your data to be deleted there. We will then delete the data we received from Facebook.

What we keep after deletion

A short record of the random device identifier and of invites (no name or email), so that invite rewards and new-player bonuses cannot be collected again on the same device.
Past tournament results already published (rank, points and the player name used at the time) for up to 12 months, so prizes can be checked. Ask us if you want your name removed from them.
Information about a ban or an open complaint, for as long as the case needs it.

Delete the data on this device

You can delete the game data on your device yourself, at any time, in any of these ways:

In the game: open Settings, go to Data, and tap Reset. This deletes your coins, levels, character, friends list and settings from this device.
In your browser (if you play on the website): clear the site data for this game in your browser settings.
In the Android app: uninstall the app, or clear its storage in your phone's app settings.

Deleting the data on your device does not delete the cloud copy; use the steps above for that. Deleted data cannot be brought back, unless you made a backup code in Settings before deleting.

Online play

When you play on two phones or in an online room, your player name, character and Friend Code are shared with the other players in that room so the game can work. We do not store your matches. Other players may still have your name in their own recent players list on their device.
